VILLAAGENT EDITORIAL · LAUNCH COLLECTION
Confirm the rate and the base
An advertised range such as 10–20% is an introduction to the commercial model, not a guarantee for a specific request. Confirm the actual rate and the amount to which it applies. Ask which taxes, fees or services are excluded from the calculation.
Understand the conditions
Review when commission is earned, the requirements for payment and how a change or cancellation affects the agreement. Keep those answers with the reservation documents. Do not assume that a rule from a previous property applies to a new booking.
Keep the client proposal clear
The client-facing offer should explain the agreed stay, inclusions and payment obligations. Maintain a separate understanding of the agency’s commercial arrangement. Clear documentation supports both a confident sales conversation and a more predictable booking process.
An introductory planning framework with illustrative imagery. Confirm the property, services, availability and terms for the actual request.
