How do I send my application?
Complete the required fields and select Review application. The site prepares an application you can inspect before opening your email app. Send that email to the displayed VillaAgent address to deliver the application.
Has my application been submitted when the review appears?
No, the review step only prepares the information you entered. It does not send a message or register an application in a live account system. You must send the prepared email to deliver it to the team.
What if an email app does not open?
Use Copy application to copy the prepared text. Paste it into a new message addressed to traveladvisors@villaway.com and send it from your usual email service. You can also download a text copy for your records.
Which fields are required?
Required fields are marked with an asterisk in the form. They cover your contact details, business, market and key experience information. The form highlights missing or invalid entries before it prepares the application.
Do I need a business website to apply?
The website field is optional. Provide the professional and agency information that accurately describes your business. The team may ask for more context when reviewing an application without a website.
What should I enter for professional affiliation?
Enter the agency, host or network with which you currently work. Do not list an organization simply because you recognize its logo or would like to join it. Accurate information makes professional verification more straightforward.
Can I apply if I am new to villa bookings?
Yes, the form includes an option for advisors who are new to villa sales. Describe your existing travel work and the clients you would like to serve. The team can then assess your fit and explain the appropriate training path.
Can I request an agency website in the same application?
Yes, select your interest in a branded agency website in the form. Use the goals field to explain your preferred markets and any existing brand or domain. The team can follow up about the separate website scope and terms.
Does sending an application commit me to a purchase?
The form does not request payment details or complete a purchase. It introduces your business for a discussion about certification and platform access. Review any subsequent offer before agreeing to paid services.
What happens after I send the email?
The VillaAgent team can review the information in your message and request clarification where needed. Acceptance, verification and certification are separate steps. Sending an application does not itself grant trade access or authorize use of the certified seal.
