What is a white-label villa website?
A white-label villa website presents the collection under your agency’s identity. VillaAgent supplies the agreed inventory and technology behind the experience. Your agency remains visible as the client’s advisor and primary relationship.
Can the website use our existing brand?
The website can be planned around your agency name, logo, colors and contact information. Share your approved assets and any established brand guidelines at the start. Typography and layout should support a consistent experience across your website and proposals.
Can we use our own domain?
A custom domain can be included in the agency-website discussion. Confirm the intended address and who manages its settings before launch. Domain setup, ownership and ongoing responsibilities should be clear in the agreed scope.
Can we choose which villas and destinations appear?
The collection can be discussed around your agency’s clients and positioning. A focused selection may be more useful than presenting every available destination. Agree on the inventory scope and any exclusions with VillaAgent before the site is prepared.
Who receives client inquiries?
Inquiry routing should be agreed as part of your agency setup. The intended model keeps your team responsible for the client relationship while VillaAgent supports the villa request. Confirm the recipient, follow-up process and escalation contact before launch.
Does the website include a booking engine?
The scope depends on the approved agency setup and available tools. Do not assume that every displayed property supports immediate online confirmation. Clarify the inquiry, quote, reservation and payment flow before communicating it to clients.
Who maintains the villa information?
VillaAgent’s model uses a central catalog to support consistent property information. Agency-specific editorial copy and contact details also need a named owner. Agree on how corrections, updates and new inventory will be handled after launch.
Can we see a brand preview before launch?
The homepage Brand Studio lets you try an agency name, accent color and logo on an illustrative proposal. It is a useful way to explore the presentation of your identity. It does not create a live agency website or confirm a villa price.
Will the site work on mobile?
The agency website should be designed for clients reviewing villas on phones as well as larger screens. Images, property details and inquiry controls need to remain readable at each size. Include mobile usability in the agreed review before the site goes live.
How do we request pricing and a launch schedule?
Choose the branded-website option in your VillaAgent application. Describe your agency, preferred destinations and any existing website or domain. The team can then confirm the scope, costs and schedule for your particular setup.
