Separate fixed dates from preferences

Clarify the experience behind the occasion
Ask what the client expects from the stay beyond the villa itself. Shared meals, time together, privacy and particular outings should all have a place in the planning conversation. Confirm any property restrictions relevant to the proposed plans before recommending the home.
Treat services as part of the brief
Discuss arrival, transportation, dining and other desired arrangements early. A requested service is not secured simply because it appears in an itinerary idea. Ask for current availability and clear confirmation when the client is ready to proceed.
