VILLAAGENT EDITORIAL · LAUNCH COLLECTION
Ask what the client expects to use
A client may be interested in a villa because of nearby leisure facilities rather than the home alone. List the specific experiences and amenities that matter to the party. Treat that list as something to confirm, not as a benefit implied by the location.
Check the booking’s actual entitlements
Ask which access privileges apply to the particular property, guests and dates. Clarify reservations, additional fees, capacity restrictions and transportation arrangements where relevant. Record the confirmed answers in the client proposal.
Explain the full daily experience
Describe how guests will move between the home and their planned activities. Confirm what happens if a preferred arrangement is unavailable. That operational clarity often makes a recommendation more useful than a longer list of amenities.
An introductory planning framework with illustrative imagery. Confirm the property, services, availability and terms for the actual request.
