VILLAAGENT EDITORIAL · LAUNCH COLLECTION
Begin with what clients already value
Ask what they most enjoy about their preferred hotel stays. The answer may be attentive service, privacy, dining, a familiar routine or effortless planning. Use those priorities to explain what needs to be reproduced or rethought in a villa.
Explain the service model clearly
Private homes vary in staffing, housekeeping and the arrangements included in the price. Outline the actual service model rather than promising a generic hotel experience. Where services can be added, confirm their availability and cost before including them in the proposal.
Make the comparison personal
Focus on how the clients will use shared living spaces, private bedrooms and time together. Explain the benefits alongside any change in convenience or expectations. A good recommendation makes the differences easy to understand, rather than declaring one type of stay superior.
An introductory planning framework with illustrative imagery. Confirm the property, services, availability and terms for the actual request.
