Let the client define the island
Ask which experiences drew the client to Ibiza and which they would prefer to avoid. A quiet family holiday and an active social trip require different briefs. Do not let the destination’s reputation replace the clients’ own priorities.
Be precise about the setting
Discuss the importance of seclusion, views, dining access and transport. Confirm the proposed home’s setting and practical arrangements with the property team. A beautiful photograph cannot establish how convenient or quiet a stay will feel.
Create a balanced proposal
Explain how each option supports the desired pace and service level. Include the practical compromises as clearly as the highlights. The result should help the client choose confidently without suggesting that every villa offers the same experience.
