About this villa
This luxury villa rental is a stunning architectural achievement, featuring a classic St. Barth view of the clear blue waters of St. Jean Bay and Pelican Beach. It offers uncompromising quality in every aspect of design and decor, making it one of the most sought-after vacation homes in Sibarth's portfolio. Located in the hillside of St. Jean overlooking Pelican Beach, this four-bedroom home boasts a fine architectural pedigree, conceived and created by Olivier Dain Perspectives with vital input and guidance from owners with a keen sense of design and love of art.
The main living area of this holiday villa is situated beneath the larger of the two wings, in an open and airy space that beckons you to sit and gaze out at the magnificent view. The infinity pool borders the hardwood deck, becoming a fountain wall down to a lower level. A second living room serves as a home cinema and can be closed and air-conditioned for a respite from the afternoon heat. The kitchen is convenient to the terrace and living areas, with an indoor dining room that provides a spectacular view of the Bay of St. Jean and the lights of boats and neighboring islands in the distance.
The master bedroom of this luxury vacation rental is one flight up from the main living area, with a spectacular view out over the wings of the roof to the blue horizon. With an integrated ensuite bath and exposures to the west and north, the room is loft-like and airy. The second and third bedrooms are also on the upper level, one with a sea view and the other with a garden view, and each with its own private ensuite bath. The fourth bedroom is one level down from the main living area, but also enjoys an excellent view of the Atlantic and semi-private deck area.
