Nightly rates are calculated based on double occupancy per bedroom. It's important to note that the security deposit is equivalent to one night's stay. RESORT FEE All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo must register in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities. The cost of the registration is US$ 25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access.

RESORT FEE/ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities: Access to golf courses including advance reservations at special rates Use of the Fitness Center at a special rate exclusively for villa owners Use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach Discounts, special offers, and promotions at the resort’s restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities Access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center

You do not need to show your rental agreement. Just show your passports, they will have you on the system. Once inside, the driver will take you to your villa. You will be greeted by one of our member of staff to welcome you, introduce you to the staff members, give you a brief tour of the property and answer any questions you may have.
