Corridor Beachfront Compound with Pools, Waterfall and Ocean Views

About this villa

Nestled on the beachfront, this luxury vacation rental is more than just a holiday villa – it's a sprawling compound spread over 1.6 acres of lush greenery. The private, gated entrance and traditional Manzanillo beach-hacienda style transport guests to another world, a different time period where one can bask in the serenity of Cabo San Lucas.

Designed by the world-famous Mexican architect Marco Aldaco, the sprawling property is an experience unlike any other. This amazing compound offers an al fresco living experience, drawing cool breezes off the Sea of Cortez and filtering them through all spaces. The unique design creates a community experience in all living areas, allowing groups of any size to stay connected while individual living quarters offer ultimate privacy and tranquility.

Boasting over 10,000 square feet of space, enormous open-air palapas cover separate living and dining areas in the main living spaces. The large, heated, oceanfront pool and Jacuzzi with ample patio space is the ideal spot to soak in the sun and forget the daily grind. The oceanfront palapa adjacent to the pool provides the perfect perch to watch the action in the pool and on the beach.

What sets this luxury villa rental apart is its beach-level pool that provides easy walk-out access without the hassle of stairs. From the beach, the cool sea breezes will follow you as you travel up into the property, beginning with the pool and Jacuzzi area. The large poolside bar is fully equipped to prepare any beverage you desire, while the palapa-covered living and dining areas overlook the bar, pool, and beach.

The over-sized kitchen with all stainless Viking and Wolf appliances has enough refrigeration and cooking space to accommodate even the largest events. Retreat to one of the 7 private casitas, with the Master Suite palapa opening to oceanfront terraces and a private Jacuzzi. As you continue up the natural grade of the property, you'll find two more large buildings that house six separate living quarters, two of which offer 2 Queen sized beds – ideal for families.

Making this luxury estate your vacation home is an excellent decision, and you will undoubtedly make it a yearly tradition. Your booking includes TripSecure® Travel Insurance, along with dedicated Concierge and Client Ambassador service, ensuring that every moment spent here is nothing less than extraordinary. ©2023 VILLAWAY®
