Located in the quiet and private Almendros neighborhood of Casa de Campo, this villa offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and location. Overlooking the Country Club golf course, this well-maintained 4-bedroom villa features open-concept living, lush gardens, and sweeping sunset views.

The home’s spacious living area is highlighted by vaulted wooden ceilings and upper windows that flood the space with natural light. A clean white-and-blue color palette complements the tropical surroundings, while three of the four bedrooms enjoy direct views of the golf course. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and is furnished with a total of seven queen beds—ideal for families or groups.

Step outside to your private pool and heated Jacuzzi, surrounded by greenery and open skies. A golf cart is included, making it easy to access all of Casa de Campo’s top amenities—just 10 minutes by golf cart from both Minitas Beach and the Marina.

RESORT FEE
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo must register in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities. The cost of the registration is US$ 25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access.

RESORT FEE/ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE

You do not need to show your rental agreement. Just show your passports, they will have you on the system. Once inside, the driver will take you to your villa. You will be greeted by one of our member of staff to welcome you, introduce you to the staff members, give you a brief tour of the property and answer any questions you may have.
