The Villa is located along the coast of the Caribbean Sea in the heart of the Mayan Riviera on the beautiful beach of “Playa Paraiso” in a gated community between the Mayan Palace and Iberostar resorts, just 25 minutes south of Cancun International Airport, a quick 5 minute drive to Puerto Morelos and a 10-15 minute drive to Playa del Carmen. It is in the quaint resort-type residential neighborhood of Playa Paraiso, which boasts one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
