The Private Villa Collection offers all the comforts of a personal Oceanside home with the exceptional amenities of our outstanding resort. The Villa is situated directly on the beach and has a private pool and up to 6,500 square feet of indoor/outdoor living space.

This villa is located approximately an 8-minute drive from Grace Bay resort. The villa features 5 bedrooms (3 kings and 2 twins that can be turned into kings), 5.5 bathrooms, and indoor/outdoor living space of up to 6,500 square feet. It offers 2,600 square feet of outdoor space with a private deck, infinity pool, and outdoor shower. It houses two master bedrooms with oceanfront views as well as freestanding tubs, double vanities and glass showers. The ample living and dining areas are the perfect spots for socializing and solid wood kitchens, outfitted with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances will cater to all the needs of the designated chef of the group.

This residence provides access to the Grace Bay Club Resort. Built in 1993, Grace Bay Club is Turks and Caicos’ first luxury all-suite resort. The property is located on 11 acres boasting breathtaking ocean views and 1,100 feet of uninterrupted beachfront. Grace Bay Club is comprised of three distinct areas: The Hotel, The Villas, and The Estate. All of which offer exceptionally elegant and expansive accommodation as well as top-class amenities so guests can experience ultimate peace and relaxation throughout their stay.
