About this villa
Immerse yourself in a luxurious vacation rental experience at this stunning holiday villa. Designed by renowned St. Barth firm Olivier Dain Perspectives, this villa boasts a perfect combination of contemporary elegance and comfort. Perched on the peninsula of Pointe Milou, this gem of an estate offers a breathtaking view of the ocean, the leeward side of St. Barth, and even the island of St. Maarten in the distance.
As you approach the villa, you'll wind past a serene stand of casuarina pines and be greeted by an entryway flanked by frangipani and dwarf royal palms. Once you step inside, you'll be welcomed by a cool, calming space lit from above by a wood-slat ceiling and a floor of soothing, soft-gray Casais marble. The villa's two-tier infinity pool sparkles in front of you, surrounded by a teak deck and a landscaped garden of fountain plant and blue agave. The villa's positioning and design lend it a sense of natural seclusion, with only the sky above and the sea below.
With a westward view, this luxury villa offers the perfect vantage point for catching spectacular St. Barth sunsets that set the sky ablaze and transform the nearby islets of Bonhomme and Fregate into dramatic silhouettes. To the right of the entrance, the gourmet kitchen opens onto a living area perfect for cocktails with friends or an afternoon reading a good book. A hallway leads to a convenient half bath and a discrete entrance for caterers or housekeeping staff. A skylight illuminates the space between the living area and the villa's four bedrooms.
Each of the four bedrooms boasts luxurious furnishings and a unique claim to the title of "master bedroom." The first bedroom offers a view of the garden and sea through a red-leather-upholstered bay window. A rain-head shower and raised glass vanity highlight the en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms feature rare floor-to-ceiling green-tinted windows that meet to form glass corners, creating an illusion of flow between the interior and exterior spaces. The bedrooms connect directly to their own spectacular bathrooms, decorated entirely in Italian glass tiles and featuring rain head showers. A fourth bedroom and fitness room were recently added to the property.
This luxury villa also boasts two hidden, secluded spaces waiting to be discovered. A sheltered alcove beside the entrance is perfect for a private yoga session or massage, complete with an outdoor shower and chaises. Follow the path through the shimmering fountain plants to the edge of the bluff overlooking the sea, and you'll discover a hidden spot beside the pool ideal for sunbathing, reading, or simply escaping to the comfort and elegance of your exquisite villa.
