About this villa
Perched majestically on the elevated terrain of Colombier, this luxury villa is the kind of place that makes you rethink your life choices and wonder why you're not living on a hill overlooking the ocean. Nestled just across from Villa Marie Hotel, this haven comes with perks – spa services, breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the Dolce Vita Italian restaurant, all just a leisurely stroll away. It's the Caribbean lifestyle with a side of convenience.
As you ascend to this lofty retreat, the ocean unfolds like a masterpiece before your eyes. The neighboring Saint Martin, "Bonhomme" island, and the surrounding islets become the backdrop to your everyday existence. It's a view that, quite frankly, puts most Instagram influencers to shame.
Once inside, prepare for a sensory overload of the good kind. The entrance hall sets the stage, with a functional desk that hints at productivity but secretly whispers, "You're on vacation, take a load off." The living room, drenched in natural light, welcomes you with high ceilings and a minimalist decor that feels like a warm embrace. An oversized sofa and a smart TV with Apple TV capabilities beckon, but it's the seamless transition into the dining area and kitchen that steals the show. This open space is designed for gatherings, culinary escapades, and creating memories that linger longer than a sun-kissed tan.
And let's talk about that terrace – a Caribbean oasis with a swimming pool, inviting seating areas, a hammock that practically demands an afternoon nap, and spots that make you forget time exists. The bedrooms, each a sanctuary in its own right, continue the theme of indulgence. King-size beds, open dressing closets, and en-suite bathrooms that redefine the concept of a room with a view.
But the real surprise? The fourth bedroom, a separate entity from the main house. Ascend a staircase, and you're greeted by an independent studio that's more than just a place to sleep. With a smart TV, Apple TV, international channels, a bar, a double bed, and a bathroom that feels like your personal spa, this studio is a retreat within a retreat. Throw in sliding doors that unveil an outdoor area with a dining table and lounge chairs, and suddenly you're torn between indoors and the breathtaking outdoors.
And because this villa knows you might want to bring along a convoy of friends or a fleet of luxury cars, it generously provides ample parking spaces – two outside, additional ones within the secure gated property, and a covered, enclosed garage. Because when you're living the Caribbean dream at this luxury villa, you deserve a parking spot that matches the vibe – secure, spacious, and effortlessly chic. Welcome to a villa that doesn't just offer a view; it offers a lifestyle upgrade with every sunrise and sunset.
