About this villa

This brand-new, immaculate luxury  vacation rental located just steps away from the white sand and blue sea of Lorient. Decorated in a simple yet stylish manner, this holiday villa is a great alternative to a hotel stay, offering guests a combination of quality furnishings, privacy and an unbeatable location. The villa's main attraction is its sunny, stone-tiled terrace, surrounded by hibiscus, bougainvillea and palms, and leading directly to one of the island's most picturesque beaches.

With calm waters perfect for swimming and snorkeling right in front of the villa, and one of St. Barth's best-known surfing spots a short distance down the beach to the west, guests can enjoy a wide range of water activities. The villa's interior is designed for ease and efficiency, featuring an open kitchen with quality Bosch appliances and Corian countertops.

The two bedrooms of this luxury villa are similarly appointed, one with a sea view and the other with a garden view. Both bedrooms are fully air conditioned and have their own ensuite baths with dual vanities and Villeroy and Bosch rain-head showers. Additionally, there is a third, guest bathroom accessible from the living area. The terrace provides a shaded outdoor dining table adjacent to the kitchen, a large sun-deck with chaises and an outdoor shower, as well as a cedar-shake gazebo.

After a day spent enjoying the beach and ocean, guests can retreat to the indoor living area, which boasts comfortable sofas, an HDTV system, and views of both the garden and the beach. Please note that this luxury villa is not suitable for children under 15 years old.

In summary, this luxury villa is the perfect vacation rental for those seeking a peaceful and private getaway in St. Barth's. With its unbeatable location, quality furnishings, and dedicated service provided by VILLAWAY®, guests can enjoy a truly luxurious experience. All VILLAWAY® bookings include optional TripSecure® Travel Insurance, plus dedicated Concierge and Client Ambassador service - ©2023 VILLAWAY®.
