The villa features five luxurious bedrooms with double-height ceilings and warm wooden floors, designed to maximize both comfort and connection with nature. Each room includes a walk-in closet, a private bathroom with lush interior gardens, and terraces with direct access to the garden. Three of the bedrooms also offer outdoor showers for a unique and refreshing experience. The layout includes three bedrooms with king beds and sofa beds, and two bedrooms with two queen beds, all equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans for added comfort. At the heart of the villa, the dining room features an impressive wooden table for 12, surrounded by lush vegetation and offering direct views of the pool. This air-conditioned space is the perfect setting for memorable meals with family and friends, blending elegance with tranquility. This villa is more than just a home—it’s an architectural masterpiece that balances modern design, functionality, and harmony with nature. Nightly rates are calculated based on double occupancy per bedroom. It's important to note that the security deposit is equivalent to one night's stay. Villa information, descriptions, rates, features, amenities, included staff, and images, are subject to change. RESORT FEE All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo must register in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities. The cost of the registration is US$ 25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access. RESORT FEE/ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities: Access to golf courses including advance reservations at special rates Use of the Fitness Center at a special rate exclusively for villa owners Use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach Discounts, special offers, and promotions at the resort’s restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities Access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center
