Contemporary Architectural St Jean Estate with Infinity Pool and Amazing Views

About this villa

An absolute architectural masterpiece, boasting an abundance of space and light. This newly built six-bedroom holiday villa is one of the most voluminous rental estates on the island of St. Barth, featuring the latest technological advances, high-quality materials, and inviting furnishings with eye-catching art and architectural details. The soaring ceilings and full-length windows create an airy and light environment, perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Located in the heights of St. Jean, this luxury villa offers stunning views stretching for miles over verdant green hills and sparkling blue sea. It provides easy access to St. Jean's restaurants, boutiques, and other entertainment options. The location makes the skyscapes all the more impressive, with the warm Caribbean sun bathing the property in light.

The villa spans two levels, providing ample space for an extended family or a large group of friends. The amenities are endless, with a hammam, a disco room with a pool table and bar, a fitness room, a sound system and smart home assistant (controlled with an iPad) throughout, and a TV room with space for the whole group to enjoy a movie together. The concierge service provided by Sibarth can also organize additional activities to ensure your stay is unforgettable.

The heart of the house is the spacious living area with a kitchen on one end, opening up to a wide, sunny, and shaded terrace, and a 33-meter (108 feet) heated pool - one of the largest on St. Barth. Two of the six bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the living room and have direct access to the terrace, while the third bedroom is at the back with a view of the private garden.

A dramatic glass staircase leads to the top floor, where three bedrooms, including two that connect, provide stunning sea views. Each bedroom has a luxurious ensuite bathroom, some with a bathtub. The elevator and ample parking add convenience to your stay.

This luxury villa rental is the perfect place to relax, rejuvenate, and make unforgettable memories with loved ones.
