About this villa

This seaview luxury villa has a fantastic outdoor area that you and your loved ones can enjoy the perfect Caribbean feast on. The builders thought of everything- the deck is long and expansive, the dining area has optional shade, and the courtyard adds luxury to the villa. Flamands Beach is just a short walk away, which is perfect for an afternoon trip.

This captivating villa enjoys full sun throughout the day and an unparalleled sea view of St. Maarten and Anguilla, thanks to its elevated location above Flamands Beach.

A broad and shady colonnade runs the length of the deck, and wings on either side of the house create a grassy courtyard. The pool runs along the deck, surrounded by loungers and couches. Under the colonnade, various sitting areas and an al fresco dining area benefit from the panoramic view. Screened walls create optional shade around the dining table. Around the corner from the dining area sits a bar cart and grill, perfect for any outdoor feast.

The living area is open to the pool terrace, and the kitchen is convenient to the sheltered outdoor dining area. The living room is separated from the kitchen by the bar top, and the plush couches face the view. There is a small dining area in the corner of the living area, and a wine chiller sits on the side.

The  bedrooms open onto the manicured lawn and gardens, each with an ensuite bathroom. Soft ambient lighting, rain-head showers, and mahogany four-poster beds elevate each bedroom. Three bedrooms have king-size beds, and the fourth bedroom has two twins.

Flamands Beach is just 2 minutes from this captivating villa, and dining is a 10 minutes drive. Proximity to the beach and seclusion from town make this villa perfectly relaxing.
