Regal Retreat with Panoramic Caldera Views

About this villa

This luxury Santorini villa is perched on the highest point of Fira. The heart of Fira or the village of Firostefani is a mere ten-minute leisurely stroll away. It can accommodate up to 8 guests in imitable style and comfort and it consists of the two-level main villa and an independent guesthouse. The villa emits an essence of a glorious, aristocratic past, while the ambient location offers fantastic views to the caldera of Santorini. Join deluxe travelers from all over the world in the amazing experience of a summer in Santorini and enjoy the authentic luxury lifestyle in your very own outdoor heated jacuzzi.

Stepping outside, you will be mesmerized by the view. Plunge into the jacuzzi and enjoy the blue background that looks like a painting. Let the sun warm you up or stay in the shade to admire the most breathtaking view. Bear in mind, the terrace is also surrounded by vegetation which is quite unusual for villas in this area. It's simply a paradise waiting to be discovered by deluxe travelers who appreciate bespoke services, beautiful locations and out-of-this-world home amenities.

The house has been reconstructed as a contemporary interpretation of the neo-classical style, which was popular amongst the affluent inhabitants of the island around the 19th century. The décor is a charming and eclectic mix of family heirlooms, modern pieces, old engravings, original paintings and treasures. The overall design is a feast to the eye. Natural colors have been used on the walls, while all wooden doors and window frames are painted with ecological paints.

This luxury villa is close to a cultural landmark of Fira main town, the Nomikos Center, an impressive neo-classical building. Within walking distance are also many restaurants, cafes, boutiques, supermarkets, pharmacies and more. After your daily breakfast is served, head out to experience the island, go on a volcano cruise, visit the Minoan ruins, or spend the day at Perivolos black beach.
