Casita del Mar is a beautiful newly renovated four-bedroom villa located in the heart of Guiones at a two-minute walk from the beach. The lush tropical gardens surrounding the property and the soothing sounds of the ocean make this an ideal place for relaxation. 

Thi newly-renovated property (April 2022) features high ceilings, modern design, high-quality finishings and fresh open spaces as well as an outdoor pool. Casita del Mar was designed to  comfortably accommodate 8 guests.

Casita Del Mar underwent a designer renovation in April 2022 using locally sourced materials. A beautiful, hand-crafted teak door welcomes you into Casita Del Mar, which is surrounded by modern patterns, colorful tile from Nicaragua, and Balinese decor. A bright master suite, added in 2022, features spectacular teak details, a king-size bed with a headboard made from a local Guanacaste tree, and a cozy sitting area/TV area.  

Additionally, the two matching bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms, queen beds on teak and rattan frames, and custom closets. The fourth bedroom features beautiful natural light and a king-size bed. 

A custom island with seating for four and teak cabinets complete Casita Del Mar's open, modern kitchen. With seating for six or more, the indoor dining area is centered around a custom Guanacaste tree table. Guests are always welcome to dine on the front porch at the large table surrounded by jungle.

Overlooking the garden, the front porch and pool area is the perfect place to relax, socialize or rest. This area is also equipped with a grill, 2 outdoor showers and 2 surfboard racks.

LOCATION DETAILS
Casita Del Mar is tucked away on the most desirable dead end street in K section of Playa Guiones, Nosara.  The property and the street have lots of fruit trees and howler monkeys (that like to eat them).  At the same time, we are a 2 minute walk to Bakers entrance at Playa Guiones, which is the main part of Nosara.  We are just a 5-10 minute walk to Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort and other restaurants, bars, and stores.
