Casa de Campo Exclusive Villa with Breathtaking Views of Minitas Bay and the Caribbean Sea

About this villa

Located on the seafront just minutes from the breathtakingly beautiful Playa Minitas, this sensational eight-bedroom villa will provide the tropical holiday of a lifetime. With its open feel, lofty ceilings and elegant wood finish, it’s a dream destination for multi-generational getaways, family adventures and large groups of friends. Boasting a fantastic position on the southeastern coast of the Dominican Republic, it enjoys incredible access to a pristine private beach, local facilities and transport links.

While the postcard-perfect coastline is Hispaniola’s biggest pull, there’s plenty to see and do beyond swimming, suntanning and taking it easy. Just 15 minutes drive away, the city of La Romana is the beating heart of the local area and home to a remarkable Grecian amphitheatre where Grammy-winning artists regularly play. Closer-by, a well-equipped tennis centre gives you the chance to perfect your backhand, while world-class golf courses ensure you’re able to enjoy a few rounds. The local marina is the ideal place to grab an evening drink and watch the yachts come in.

The villa can sleep 20 guests across eight bedrooms - four of which include king-size beds, three with queen-size beds and one with a twin bed, bunk and sofa bed. A children’s play area is attached to this final room and features a video game console and board games. The fantastic chef’s kitchen is equipped with everything you could ever need to prepare mouthwatering al fresco meals and the living and dining rooms benefit from cosy sofa seating and ample table space.

As well as a private gym, the villa includes a range of other leisure facilities. On the grassy grounds you’ll find a volleyball net, while a half basketball court means you can enjoy some friendly two-on-two action. The outdoor swimming pool is ringed with sun loungers and a barbeque area guarantees delicious al fresco grilling. Shaded terrace areas allow you to gather and socialise throughout the day and long into the night. Exquisitely furnished, perfectly situated and ideal for guests who enjoy the finer things in life, this villa is a one-of-a-kind Dominican destination.
