This five-bedroom property features some of the most straightforward and clean lines of any of the luxury villas. Yet, it is in its simplicity where its greatness is found. Spacious rooms, pale and airy palettes, and amazingly effective décor makes each room and living space a relaxing retreat. Nowhere is this more apparent than the pool area. A uniquely shaped pool, it looks out over the meadows that lead to the golf course and is framed by a lovely stone surround.

Sun beds and lounges make this the perfect place for star gazing, afternoon drinks, or relaxing dips. Step beneath the pillared portico and find luxurious lounging on the banquette, or dine in elegance at the al fresco dining area. Step inside and you will feel both soothed and inspired by the generous proportions of the great room with its coolly casual décor that creates an irresistible lounge, comfortable family room, elegant dining room, and where the professional quality kitchen is available.

The bedrooms are an ideal match to the shared living spaces, and are found on upper and lower levels. The master suite is on the second floor and has a king bed, terrace access and large, private bath. The remaining suites feature a single king or two queen beds, en-suite baths, and garden or upper terrace access.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Jan 6th-Dec 17th- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking. Remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable, within 59 days or less refunds won’t apply.

Dec 18-Jan 5th and Thanksgiving Week- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking, this amount is non refundable. Remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival.

No date changes will be allowed for this season; we will only allow date changes if force majeure limits travel; this change will be valid for 11 months from the time of cancellation.No refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes

NOTE: 150 USD administration fee applies for all full refunds if payment was in wire transfer; if the payment was made by credit card a processing fee of a 4% of the paid amount will be retained.
