Superb Oceanview Villa with Private Pool and Relaxing Patio Area

About this villa

Experience quintessential St. Barth living at its finest with this luxury villa rental. This villa boasts stunning views of the ocean and neighboring islands, while being nestled above the Manapany hotel in Anse des Cayes. The property features traditional St. Barth style with a large terrace for outdoor living.

Named after the Creole spelling of an old Gaiac tree on the property, this villa offers guests a true sense of island living. The villa's large terrace offers panoramic views stretching all the way to St. John and Pointe Milou, providing the perfect spot to soak up the Caribbean sun and cool breezes.

Relax by the pool and take in the beauty of the native Gaiac tree, which has been steadily growing back since Hurricane Irma. The villa's spacious, open main room includes a living area and a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast island. Enjoy alfresco meals at the covered outdoor dining table, even on rainy evenings.

The villa is currently listed as a 3-bedroom house, with each bedroom offering a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located in separate bungalows, while Bedroom 3 is situated next to the kitchen. Beginning in November 2020, Bedroom 4 will become available, featuring a full master bedroom located downstairs from the main room.

Conveniently located near popular restaurants and shopping destinations in St. Jean, this holiday villa is the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation and island living.
