The enormous living room contains 2 large sitting areas as well as an open dining room  with two dining areas.

The Library/Game Room has a 50 inch plasma television, a comfortable sitting/lounge area and a game table and chairs.

All rooms in the villa have individually controlled air conditioning. The house contains a first class water filtration plant. All major rooms have beautiful mahogany doors.

The kitchen is state of the art, with Viking appliances and granite counters and tables.

There is a separate maids suite, with full bath as well as 2 washers and dryers.

The powder room is located in the front entry gallery.

The house has a central audio system in the public rooms.

The large backyard property sits next to the golf course. There is a pool, jacuzzi and gazebo area. The pool is serviced daily. The area around the pool has beautiful contemporary outdoor furniture.
