The enclosed and air-conditioned main living area, covered/outdoor main dining area, and brand-new additional bedroom with one king bed and full bathroom with outdoor shower complete the main building.

Beyond the kitchen lies the full maid's quarters with a bedroom, bathroom, laundry/dryer, and full kitchen. Across the expansive pool deck, a separate building to the left houses the master suite, complete with a private living space with TV, books, and sitting/lounge area, a private office with an attached half bathroom, and a master bedroom with one king bed. The master bedroom also features a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet and outdoor shower with two shower heads.

To the right of the pool deck, there is another building with four bedrooms. The upstairs bedrooms each have one king bed and attached en-suite bathrooms with outdoor showers, while the downstairs bedrooms have one king and two queen beds, respectively, with private closets and a shared bathroom with dual vanity setups on either side of the sink countertops. One of the bedrooms even has a lounge area with a TV, perfect for a lazy day in.

This luxury vacation rental also boasts a brand-new outdoor BBQ grilling station with outdoor seating and sun sail covering, located off to the left of the main enclosed and air-conditioned living room. The outdoor dining and pool deck surrounded by palm trees offer the ultimate in privacy, and the main living room and dining area overlook and open to the pool deck and expansive backyard with a hammock.

For those who crave a little adventure, the villa is just a two-minute walk on the path to the La Romana Country Club, less than a five-minute golf cart ride to Playa Minitas and Beach Club, and also within walkable distance.
