Plan the right villa brief

About this villa

Step into a realm of indulgence and leisure with this sprawling 11,000 square foot architectural marvel, a lavish haven completed in December 2019. The villa, a palatial escape in the heart of Costa Rica, boasts an array of amenities that seamlessly blend opulence with practicality.

Perched strategically, the villa offers a panoramic canvas of Brasilito and Flamingo, providing a visual symphony that changes with the hues of the day. Picture yourself basking in the glory of a heated infinity pool, or soaking in the hot tub, all against the backdrop of a sun-kissed veranda. If you fancy a workout, the dedicated fitness room awaits, but if relaxation is on the agenda, the media room beckons with its plush allure.

This tropical oasis comprises five bedrooms, a harmonious blend of four king-size beds and a lively bunk room for eight, accompanied by six full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. It’s not just a house; it's a sanctuary designed for not one, not two, but possibly three families, comfortably accommodating up to 19 guests.

The kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, featuring top-tier appliances such as a Subzero refrigerator and a Wolf stove and oven. As you navigate the spacious abode, revel in the luxury of full-time maid service, 24/7 security in a gated community, digital safes, and the convenience of a 2 1/2 car garage with remote access.

For entertainment, an exquisite game room awaits with a custom pinball machine, ping pong table, and a TV equipped with Apple TV. Yet, the pièce de résistance is a music room adorned with state-of-the-art keyboards and guitars—though, locked away unless negotiated for an additional cost by the musically inclined.

Venturing beyond the villa's confines, discover two lighted clay tennis courts, The Club Restaurant & Bar within the development, and nearby beaches, restaurants, and shopping. This isn't just a vacation; it's a sensory voyage through the best Costa Rica has to offer.

Seize the opportunity to make this luxury retreat your temporary abode, but do note, a $4,000 security deposit is required, a mere formality ensuring the preservation of this paradisiacal retreat. After all, in a dwelling of such grandeur, a touch of responsibility only adds to the allure.
