Artfully carved into the hillside overlooking the Sea of Cortez, this fine villa surpasses all expectations with its almost palatial-like setting in the resort destination of Palmilla. The majestic, five-bedroom, six-bath home graciously accommodates up to 12 guests with its equally elegant indoor and outdoor space. From the moment guests first enter the property, the home gives off an almost regal energy, as the garden-like entrance is accented with a trellised archway and lush landscaping, leading on to the heightened opulence of this villa.

Its almost impossible to determine where the homes infinity pool ends and the water begins, as this part of the property seemingly blends in with the horizon, making it feel like guests can swim right up to the edge of the sea. The outside space expertly provides sweeping views of the water and sand below, also featuring a relaxing jacuzzi, and multiple outdoor dining and lounge spaces. Relax on one of the many lounge chairs or dine al fresco, as the home includes a built-in grilling area, a wet bar, a full dining table and outdoor fireplaces with seating. Soak up the sun poolside, watch the sun set for the day while gathered around the fire pit, or sip a morning coffee from the expansive upper deck without ever sacrificing the magnificent views.
