About this villa

The waves don’t just crash here—they perform, practically at your feet. This villa sits in the heart of Santa Teresa, shielded from town by a curtain of pochote and almendro trees, yet positioned closer to the shoreline than anywhere else in the neighborhood. At high tide, you can feel the spray. At low tide, natural tide pools shimmer like hidden jewels waiting to be explored. And if surfing is your thing, the world-class breaks of Santa Teresa are no more than a sandy two-minute stroll away.

Here, barefoot luxury is more than a phrase—it’s your daily reality. The bedrooms and living spaces all look straight out to the Pacific, each with its own private invitation to the beach. Mornings start with coffee and salt air drifting in; afternoons melt away with a swim in the expansive pool or a long lounge on the terrace, drink in hand, as the sea breeze carries away your last trace of tension.

The open-air living area feels like an extension of the coastline itself, with comfortable lounge seating, a 14-person dining table begging for long conversations, and a chef’s kitchen that practically dares you not to cook—or better yet, let someone else cook for you. Every bedroom comes with its own spacious bath, outfitted with double sinks and refined touches that remind you this isn’t just a getaway, it’s an upgrade to your entire rhythm of living.

Life here is seamless, not scripted. Concierge support means you can glide from check-in to check-out without a second thought. Whether it’s renting quads, booking a fishing trip, or having a private chef whip up a feast after sunset, everything is arranged with a quiet ease.

The charm of Santa Teresa lies in its balance of barefoot simplicity and modern indulgence, and this villa delivers both in spades. Whether you want to wander into town for a cocktail or retreat into your own private beachside cocoon, you’ll find yourself exactly where you’re meant to be: between the forest and the sea, where the soundtrack is waves and laughter, and the only schedule worth keeping is the tide chart.
