A concierge will be assigned as soon as you finalize your villa reservation to help with pre-arrival coordination and during your stay: Coordinating airport transfers, golf cart rental, activities and excursions, massages, menu coordination, supermarket purchases.

Bicycles (15USD - 25USD per day each, this varies according to supplier), supermarket purchases (45 USD per purchase) *Starting Jan 1st 2025 the cost per purchase will be 50 USD*, babysitter, massages in the villa, tee times, excursions, activities.
*Requests should be 48 hours in advance*

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Jan 6th-Dec 17th- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking. Remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable, within 59 days or less refunds won’t apply.

NOTE: 150 USD administration fee applies for all full refunds if payment was in wire transfer and 4% of the paid amount will be taken if payment was made via credit card.

Dec 18-Jan 5th- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking, this amount is non refundable. Remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival. No date changes will be allowed for this season; we will only allow date changes if force majeure limits travel; this change will be valid for 11 months from the time of cancellation.

No refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes
